CATRIN RODE, PHD
I was born and raised in Germany, where I earned a Ph.D. in Clinical and Cognitive Psychology (Universitaet Muenster) and completed a postdoc (Max Planck Institute, Berlin). In 2000, I moved to Eugene with my husband and continued my career at research centers and the University of Oregon, where I conducted research on ADHD and learning disorders for 17 years.
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I also wanted to bring the latest research and best practices to families in our community. Therefore, I started my practice in 2017 with the mission to provide comprehensive services so that children, teens and young adults can succeed in school, professionally and in their personal lives.

Psychometrician
I returned to the workforce in 2018, after taking many years off to raise my three boys. Since then I have worked on many projects at the University of Oregon, most often administering assessments to elementary school students. I am also a passionate community building volunteer. I take pride in my ability to put people at ease in testing and assessment environments. In my free time, you can find me in my garden.

Caghain McCoy (He/Him)
Psychometrician
I’ve worked at University of Oregon since 2014 in a variety of roles for social research projects which look at things such as learning interventions and tracking mental health outcomes in kids, adolescents, and adults. More recently, I’ve started working in adolescent counseling at Oregon Social Learning Center. I work well with those who have testing anxiety or have faced other testing challenges in the past.
